H.E. Somchai Wongsawat, former Prime Minister of Thailand, pays here this morning his last tribute to late H.E. Neak Oknha Oudom Metreivisidh Hun San, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, who passed away on Mar. 28, at the age of 78 due to illness.
