AKP Phnom Penh, March 28, 2025—

Different delegations of State’s ministries and institutions this afternoon take turns to lay wreaths and pay their last respects to late H.E. Neak Oknha Oudom Metreiviisidh Hun San, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, who passed away in Phnom Penh at 2:27 am on Mar. 28 at the age of 78 due to illness.
