AKP Kandal, March 25, 2025—

Minister of Rural Development H.E. Chhay Rithisen (C, Pic. 1) presides over the official announcement of  Kandal as an Open Defecation Free Plus (ODF+) province, organised at Takhmao town this morning with the participation of provincial leaders.
