Her Majesty the Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk and Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. Wang Wentian (Pic 1) cut red ribbon to inaugurate Cambodia-China Friendship Garden inside the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Phnom Penh this morning.
