A US$2.4 million bag factory project has recently obtained green light from the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC).
According to the CDC’s press release made public yesterday, the newly approved investment project is located along the National Road No. 5 in Samaky Meanchey district, Kampong Chhnang province.
The project, belonging to Changhui (Cambodia) Handbag MFR, Co., Ltd., is expected to create a total of 718 jobs for the locals, it pointed out.
