Minister of Information H.E. Khieu Kanharith (R, Pic. 1) receives a copy of book entitled “HUN SEN”, which describes in detail the life of Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen, from H.E. Chhay Sophal, Undersecretary of State for Information and the book’s author, during a book handover ceremony held at the ministry this morning.
