Some 3,590 tonnes of fisheries products were exported to foreign markets last year, H.E. Veng Sakhon, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries said Monday.

According to H.E. Minister, the country obtained 936,000 tonnes of fisheries products in 2020, of which 3,590 tonnes were sold abroad, earning US$8,334,000.

Among the yielded amount of fisheries products, 413,200 tonnes were freshwater products, 122,700 tonnes were marine products, and the rest, 400,400 tonnes, were aquaculture products, H.E. Veng Sakhon pointed out.
