AKP Phnom Penh, December 21, 2020 --
The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) has issued an investment certificate to Cambodian Tianyuan Dingwang Pet Products Co., Ltd. to invest in the production of all kinds of pet supplies.
The US$2.3 million factory project to be located in Krabei Tram village, Chungruk commune, Korng Pisey district, Kampong Speu province, is expected to create some 338 jobs for the locals, pointed out the CDC in an announcement issued this afternoon.
Since early this month, CDC has given green light to 10 investment projects with a total capital of more than US$1.1 billion, generating nearly 4,000 job opportunities.
Such investment amid COVID-19 outbreak demonstrates confidence of investors in Cambodia’s macroeconomic, political and social stability though threatened by the pandemic.
