NA Speaks Highly of Cambodia-RoK Friendship and Cooperation
AKP Phnom Penh, December 25, 2018 --
The ties of friendship and cooperation between Cambodia and the Republic of Korea (Rok) have brought about numerous assistance and investment capital from RoK, which have contributed significantly to the development and poverty alleviation in Cambodia.
The remarks were made by H.E. Ms. Khuon Sudary, Second Vice President of the National Assembly (NA) of Cambodia while meeting here this morning with a visiting delegation of Law and Justice Committee led by H.E. Joo Kwang-deok, a member of South Korean NA.
Both the Cambodian NA and Royal Government are proud of and delighted to have implemented the right diplomatic policy with RoK, underlined H.E. Ms. Khuon Sudary, expressing Cambodia’s support to the New Southern Policy of RoK’s President H.E. Moon Jae-in.
H.E. Joo Kwang-deok appreciated the fast development of Cambodia, and as a Lawmaker, he pledged to try his best to strengthen and expand the relationship and cooperation between both countries’ NAs.
The Korean delegation has been on a visit in Cambodia from Dec. 23 to 25.
