H.E. Vongsey Vissoth (R Front, Pic. 1), Permanent Deputy Prime Minister, Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and Chairman of the Organising Commission for the International Conference on Combating Online Scams (ICCOS-2026), this afternoon inspects the venue for the ICCOS-2026 to be held on Sept. 23-24 at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra Hotel.
